Applied with a spray gun, it utilises a process called electrostatic spray deposition (ESD), which helps to adhere the paint to a metal surface. Once the powder coating has been applied, it is cured in a batch oven to ensure the coating bonds to the metal. 

Our powder coating technique will make any metal surface much more resistant, protecting it from moisture, impact, chemicals, UV light and other harsh weather conditions. This, in turn, lowers the risk of chipping, scratches, corrosion and other forms of wear and tear.
